My 32nd birthday is just around the corner. To be exact, it is this Friday. At work, colleagues have been asking what I’m planning to do this weekend? I said, nothing unusual, perhaps spending time with family and do some online learning I guessed. They were smiling and the way they smiled were really weird. After a moment, I realized that they noticed that my birthday is just 2/3 days ahead. To be honest, I forgot about my own birthday. Just now, my wife asked me, what I want for my birthday…? I answered spontaneously, I don’t know yet.

But then, while reading yesterday’s New Straight Times (NST), I read a page of “Music on the Go” under the section “Tech & U“. The article was written by Rozana Sani and from her article I had better comprehension on what the hell is MP4 player, TV MP4, IPOD Nano and so on…. Frankly, I’m not really alert on this piece of gadget. However, suddenly, I thought, should this be a gift for me for my coming birthday.

I think it depends. If the video or movie player is very clear and accept the format ASF, AVI, 3GP, MP4, FLV, MPEG and others not frequently used such as MPE, MPG, DAT, RM, RMVB, then I think it can come in handy. Having those applications can allow me to clearly watch my internet marketing video collection and can enable me to view it with better display anytime anywhere? So, far, I’ve been using my Sony Erickson K810 to listen to audio internet marketing records. The videos in the other hand is not very clear. That’s why, having a clear video MP4 can help me learn anytime and anywhere I want on the move.

To add up the superiority of this MP4, it will be very cool if I can see TV inside it (portable television with an antenna and built in TV tuner). What should I consider…? I need some input from you guys… Should I ask for IPod Nano, or Ainol V200, or other MP4 players? Please advice…

Or if there is other interesting and useful present… please give me some idea…

On a wonderful Sunday, somebody who happens to be my old time schoolmate tagged me with an unusual but unique tag. Well, that’s fine. Following are the weird rule of the tag:

At once I thought, it was kind of difficult… but then I remembered that I’m a red devil fan… So, that’s not hard at all… Instead of having a photo of myself covered with my red devil manchester united towel ONLY, I prefer to attached a less controversial family friendly photo…

And now, I’m want to spread the red devil evil tag to Blogjer, Azwan, Arm, Catzer and Syam Vangardx.

I can feel it. The usual smooth driving pleasure slowly diminished. Bumpy…Not right… that’s the feeling. My 6th sense said it’s the tyres. There must be something wrong with either one of the 4 tyres. While I was at work last week, my very independent other half took our Proton Waja to a nearby Waja service center. We discovered that both rear inner tyres were badly worned out until the white threads were clearly visible. We definitely need to replace those expired tyres.

A new tyre will cost us more than RM300+ because we’re using a 16″ rim. Luckily, the mechanic there which happen to be my friend/neighbour/rukun tetangga collegue/futsal team player offered us a pair of second hand GOODYEAR EAGLE NCT3 tyres. The tyres are still in good condition and cost only RM25 per piece. We get those second hand tyres for just RM50 and we’re satisfied. We saved RM550. Looking at the condition of the tyres, I estimate it can at least last for 1.5 to 2 years. I really thing it was a good buy. What do you guys think?
