Setia Eco Garden – Green & Geourgeous
As a proud citizen of Johor Bahru, I ensured my family and I to go to various spots around the city we dwell. Last week, we planned to go to the new Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar (WPI), but before we reach there, we saw Setia Eco Garden, a brand new housing estate develop under Sri Setia Sdn Bhd. I could not resist the greenery and beauty of the area and immediately diverted to Setia Eco Garden and parked our car. There we grass and water everywhere… water here means pools, fountains, man made lake etc. The area was super cool. We like it a lot. We visited few show houses and they were impressively decorated. My little soldiers really like the place and they were running everywhere. Should we get a house here? Check out the photos…

let me guess.. 250K for a 20×70 double-storey link house? it cant be more than that.. they’re are selling brand, not land.. IMHO

i know a house.. a single storey house in town area.. 3 bed rooms.. is selling for 90K. so 250k for a double storey house i think is reasonable. depends on the area, space and the land value..

The cheapest lot is above RM200K. There are also various types of bungalows with pools inside and beside the house which cost a staggering RM 1-2 million. But the design of the house is superbly magnificent.

aku beli gak rumah kat setia alam. kat sini diaorang panggil setia eco park. hehe cun giler. tapi awas ! jangan terpengaruh dengan interior show house yg mmg cun habes. hehe
dulu masa aku kerja jb 4 tahun nyaris2 aku terbeli rumah kat bukit indah tuh. hehe

Leisure Farm memang best gilos…aku pegi sana 2-3 tahun lepas. It seems that Setia Eco Garden is going to be sort of like that, but maybe not as spacious as Leisure Farm… But those lots are bloody expansive!!!

i dont mind the house, but 1-2M for a house, that’s too much for me. even i can afford it right now, tapi cutting expenses in other areas … tak nak lah.

we r not going to live forever, so … i prefer to spend it on other things rather than a big house. we r only staying in it to sleep and on weekends. by the time we retire, dah letih nak jaga rumah besar
