Since I learn about adsense 3 years ago, there’s no turning back. I could not believe the fact that I’m partnering with Google and at the same time earn money from Google Adsense program. For those of you who still wonder to trigger an affair with Google Adsense, here are 5 solid reasons why you should consider Google Adsense as your alternative income provider:

1. It’s like a virtual real estate. You set up, you maintain once in a while and do a little bit of marketing for it. Once you are bored with your website(s), blog(s) or forum(s), you can sell them alongside with the content with a higher price. Though this happen, but it is very rare that you’ll sell of some of your adsense website(s), blog(s) or forum(s). But believe, I’ve seen people selling their niche adsense blogs and earn fantastically from it.

2. You will earn handsome monthly income via google adsense. This is the most important factor for you to build a huge adsense empire. Even while you sleep or on vacation, you adsense website(s), blog(s) or forum(s) will continuously generate cool income stream for you. The adsense income can be a permanent replacement for you active income.

3. You’ll feel good having those website(s), blog(s) and forum(s) because you won them. They are your basically your prime money making machine. Imagine somebody ask, “Hey…who’s the owner of that website. It’s my desire to watch a sad story or sad movie since the past few months. I’ve searched for any DVD that is very touching but despite the DVD seller recommendation, I still discovered that all the movies are not sad at all. I want to watch something that can make me cry. I want to cry watching sad or touching movie. CJ7 the movie have almost make me cry. Since then, I’m still searching for something to make me cry, i mean a story.

Saya mengajar di sekolah rendah di tengah2 bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. Saya mengajar sesi petang. Salah seorang murid saya setiap hari datang lambat ke sekolah. Kasut dan bajunya selalu kotor. Setiap kali saya bertanya tentang baju dan kasutnya dia hanya berdiam diri.

Saya masih bersabar dengan keadaan pakainnya, tetapi kesabaran saya tercabar dengan sikapnya yang setiap hari datang lambat. Pada mulanya saya hanya memberi nasihat. Dia hanya menundukkan kepala tanpa berkata2 kecuali anggukkan yang seolah2 dipaksa. Kali kedua saya memberi amaran, dia masih juga mengangguk tetapi masih juga datang lambat keesokannya. Kali ketiga saya terpaksa menjalankan janji saya untuk memukulnya kalau masih lambat. Anehnya dia hanya menyerahkan punggungnya untukdirotan . Airmata saja yang jatuh tanpa sepatah kata dari mulutnya.

Keesokan harinya dia masih juga lambat, dan saya memukulnya lagi. Namun ia masih tetap datang kesekolah dan masih tetap lambat.

Suatu hari saya bercadang untuk mengintipnya ke rumahnya. Setelah mendapatkan alamatnya, saya meneruskan niat saya. Dia tinggal di sebuah kawasan setinggan tidak berapa jauh dari sekolah. Keadaan rumahnya sangat daif. Saya nampak murid saya itu sedang berdiri di depan rumahnya dalam keadaan gelisah. Seorang wanita yang mungkin ibunya juga kelihatan gelisah.

Lebih kurang pukul 1.30 seorang anak lelaki sedang berlari2 sekuat hati menuju ke rumah itu. Sambil berlari dia membuka baju sekolahnya. Sampai di depan rumah baju dan kasutnya diserahkan pula kepada murid saya yang terus bergegas memakainya. Sebelum pakaian sekolah sempurna dipakai, dia sudah berlari ke arah sekolah.

Saya kembali ke sekolah dengan penuh penyesalan. Saya memanggil anak itu sambil menahan airmata yang mula tergenang.

“Maafkan cikgu. Tadi cikgu pergi ke rumah kamu dan memerhatikan kamu dari jauh. Siapa yang berlari memberikan kamu baju tadi?”

Dia terkejut dan wajahnya berubah.

“Itu abang saya. Kami kongsi baju dan kasut sebab tak ada baju lain. Itu saja baju dan kasut yang ada. Maafkan saya, cikgu.” Jawabnya. ”

Kenapa kamu tak beritahu cikgu dan kenapa kamu biarkan saja cikgu pukul kamu?”

“Mak pesan, jangan meminta2 pada orang, jangan ceritakan kemiskinan kita pada orang. Kalau cikgu nak pukul serahkan saja punggung kamu.”

Sambil menahan airmata yang mula berguguran saya memeluk anak itu, “Maafkan cikgu, …….”
Kejadian itu cukup menginsafkan saya. Selepas itu saya cuba membantunya setakat yang mampu.
Cerita2 begini membantu melembutkan hati yang keras. Kata seorang guru, sekiranya hati kita mula keras lembutkanlah dengan perkara2 berikut;

i. Solat sunat
ii. puasa sunat
iii. berzikir
iv. bersedekah
v. mengusap rambut anak yatim
vi. mendengar cerita2 kesusahan orang lain
vii. membantu orang susah

This is the continuation of the adsense tip #1 that I’m sharing with my fellow blog readers. Ok, due to time constraint, I’m going to make just a short, simple but important post. The tips I’m giving now is very important if you don’t have much time available to spend for your online empire.

For a start, create 5 static websites with unique content and super good keywords.

Yes, you heard me right. It’s not necessary to create a blog with certain niche to make money with Adsense. A simple static website with powerful keyword and unique content is going to bring you fortune. Get the keywords from Google keyword tools as I mentioned in the previous post. Buy the domains and use the keyword in the domain. Create 3-5 very good and unique articles and place them in your static website. Position your adsense code for 336 x 280 Large Rectangle between the title and content. You can also place adsense link and other adsense content surrounding the content.

Why I say create 5 websites? This is just for a start. You need to do some tweaking and monitoring as well as some promotion activity. Take note of the date you release and added content in the blog. Then for each website (you have 5, remember), write or manipulate or get somebody to write articles. You need to have at least 1 article per day submitted for 1 of your websites. That means in 5 days you’ll have 5 articles submitted, to 5 different niches. You can do more than this if you have the time. I’m just imagining the worse case scenario, in case you are damn busy. If you have spare times, you can do more. You can use the article making software to help you execute this job. So, after writing those articles, submit them to article directory such as ezinearticles.com. Continuously post your articles there and you’ll see some traffic coming to your website(s), an improvement of ranking to your website(s) and improvement in search engine position to your website(s).

I have been involved and exposed with Google Adsense since September 2006. Since then, there’s no turning back. I haven’t been to any seminar or coaching to learn to build my adsense empire. For your information, my adsense income is not up to 5 figure income yet (I prefer not to declare my adsense earning), but I’m very grateful with what I’m earning from Google adsense. I’m very happy to withdraw my adsense earning every month from Western Union via a local bank near my work place. I started building my adsense empire using a blogspot.com blog. And I’m still using several blogspot.com blogs to accumulate my adsense monthly earning.

Ok…enough on my ramblings. I want to share ONE Adsense Tip today. Maybe a lot of you have known this tips, but just treat them as a refresher. It’s going to be useful and good technical knowledge for us.

Use good keywords

You can check the keywords using Google Adword Keyword Tool. Key in the keyword or the post you want to create OR the blog/website title you want to set up. This is very important because the search engine loves this very much. By simply using high quality keywords in your post title or blog/website domain, it will be like a turbo booster.

When you are in the Google Keyword Tool page, enter the keyword in the box provided. Then hit the “Get keywords idea” button.

In a second, a list of keyword ideas with important details are displayed: Keywords, Competition, Local Search Volume, Global Monthly Search Volume. Those are just the basic data shown. I would always prefer to add another parameter in the column which is the Estimated Average CPC (Cost per click). When you choose this option, you can view on the second column after the keyword ideas, the CPC of all the keywords. This will actually show you how much is the keyword worth and may give you an idea how much an adsense click value is if the ads are displayed in your blog or website.

OK wait, some of you might be eager to grab all the super expansive keywords. This is partially a good strategy if somebody click the ad but you also need to consider the search volume AND competition of website in google. This is where the Local Search Volume and Global Monthly Search Volume takes place.

Ideally, the more the keywords are searched, the better it is. However, normally, the higher the keyword is search the higher the competition of webs and blogs are competing with the keyword in the search engine. So, you need to key in the keyword in Google search engine and check whether the website found is less than 2,000,000 or not. If there are less than 2,000,000 webs, then there is a chance for you.

Please also check the number of advertisement available on the search engine result page. If there is 6 or more advertisement like adsense appearing, than that’s a perfect combination. However, even though there are less than 2,000,000 webs but ONLY 1 or 2 advertisement appearing in the search engine, then you can ignore that particular keyword.

Conclusion

The perfect combination are:

1. CPC keyword high

2. Advertiser competition high

3. Local search volume in a month high (or you can consider 1,000 to 2,000 as well is good enough)

4. Number of competing webs in the search engine is less than 2,000,000.

5. Number of ads (adsense) in the search engine result is more than 6 units.

Use this keyword in your blog post. It will be very good. If you want the keyword for your domain name, then go and search whether the keyword is still available in godaddy.com or namecheap.com. Chances are always good keywords are taken already. So, what I do is I get it from co.cc and co.tv. At least I have the perfect keywords for my domain name and this is what I mentioned previously Turbo Booster… Then just add in content, unique off course and do some article marketing at ezine.com and other article directory. Traffic will be on its way…

Sebelum aku berangkat pergi kerja, aku nak share info ini. Kalau korang rasa takde modal untuk beli domain name untuk blog, adsense for domain atau bisnes korang, apa kata korang register free domain di co.tv. Korang boleh register premium domain dengan percuma sebanyak maksimum 3 domain. Pergilah register cepat dan dapatkan domain kegemaran korang secara percuma. Oh yea, benda ni lebih kurang je macam co.cc yang beberapa waktu lalu ada mula bagi domain free juga.

Aku takde dapat apa-apa komisyen pun, so, korang kalau berminat teruslah register pada:

Macam aku, tadi waktu sahur aku register 3 domain free, 1 daripadanya aku buat forwarding je, manakala lagi 2 tu aku set-up wordpress baru dan tukar DNS setting ke hosting aku sendiri. So, amacam? Good luck and have funs with your free domains.

Sebenarnya jam sekarang menunjukkan pukul 12.11am. Aku dah start tidur dan menidurkan anak jantan aku sorang tu yang akan ke sekolah pagi-pagi buta besok. Ntah kenapa aku pulak terkebil-kebil tak boleh nak tidur. Isteri aku pulak malam ni sibuk menjahit baju kurung pahang untuk Marsya, anak perempuan aku yang masih berusia 5 tahun. Marsya dan Alya belum lagi tahu nak tidur walaupun dah pukul 12 tengah malam walaupun mereka berdua ni patut sekolah juga besok. Oh yea, isteri aku ni memang pandai menjahit. Bukan sahaja dia jahit baju melayu, baju kurung dan baju kebaya, tetapi dia juga menjahitkan bahu untuk laser printer canon aku hari sabtu lepas. Aku je yang belum buat post khas untuk menunjukkan bahu @ cover untuk printer laser aku tu.

Kalau korang mengharapkan sesuatu yang bernas dan berfaedah untuk dibaca sekarang, maaf, sebab aku hanya menceloteh sekadar nak kasih diri aku ni mengantuk. Dah tutup laptop awal-awal lagi tadi, tapi sekarang dah buka balik. Check email jap, check adsense, check revresponse, check autoresponder aku yang baru aku run… hehe… yea…aku dah nak start buat affiliate, so sekarang tengah kumpul list. Aku tengah target collect 1,000 list dalam masa 1 minggu. InsyaAllah. So, far aku baru launchkan campaign aku tadi petang dan sekarang dah ada 21 orang subscribe dengan list aku. So far so good. Ada yang nak JV ke? Aku rasa maybe takde orang yang ada sama niche dengan aku nie. So, tak perlu aku ajak JV kot…

Bisnes homestay, so far Alhamdulillah. InsyaAllah boleh balik modal ataupun orang putih panggil ROI dalam sebulan lagi. Memang menggalakkan. Tadi pun baru jumpa sorang customer yang nak sewa selama sebulan. Dia datang untuk tengok keadaan rumah. Kalau dimurahkan rezeki, ingatkan aku nak untuk beli sebiji rumah lagi dan jadikan homestay lagi.

Aku pun tengah belajar-belajar nak buat bisnes sewa kereta. Kerete ke-2 aku masih disewakan dan akan dapat balik sebelum hari raya. Alhamdulillah juga income dari situ. So, kalau kena gayanya, adakah aku akan tambah kereta lagi untuk disewa? Wallahua’lam… tak tau lah lagi… Bukan apa, kereta depreciate tapi rumah appreciate.

Tapi secara amnya, aku dah launchkan dan start bergerak dengan IM. Blogging pun jalan. Thanks to brother Arm from startstreet.us sebab perkenalkan aku dengan teknik autoblog yang sememangnya cow-cow. Just download plugin, install dan buat sedikit set-up, seterusnya content masuk mencurah-curah…hehe…Aku baru set up 2 blog baru semalam, cuma belum masuk adsense. Tak sempat beb…

Tadi tengahari pun aku duk sibuk cari niche baru dan domain name untuk niche tu. Penat juga mencari tapi puas hati sebab aku dah jumpa apa yang aku nak dan juga domain yang aku nak. Cuma, yelah…tak sempat nak membeli. Aku akan beli dari godaddy.com atau namecheap.com. Aku dah ada akaun dengan depa tu, so, aku tinggal continue je lah.

OK, lah..gotto sleep now. Besok nak fokus balik pada career full time aku… Nak kena set-up dan start eksperimen ni…doakan kejayaanku… adios…

Korang-korang ni pernah ke buat medical check-up yang jenis test darah punya? Kalau tak, baik pergi cepat amik sample darah dan analisis. Penting ni, bukan cakap tipu. Aku ni pun jenis takut jarum injection, sebab tu tak ambik-ambik darah, tapi 3 hari lepas, aku terpaksa amik medical check up lagi sebab nak dapat biasiswa sambung belajar. So, dalam skop medical check up ni ada pulak kena amik sample darah. Wah….terus darah gemuruh aku jadinya. Panik!!!

Aku punya tekanan darah pun jadi terus tak menentu dan macam hala nak naik je. Tapi diringkas kan cerita, aku pun selamat lah mengambil sampel darah dan terus menganalisa darah tu. Nasib baik aku ada kawan dekat lab pusat kesihatan dan aku pun minta dia check sekali aku punya cholestrol, gula dan bermacam-macam jenis benda yang perlu di check untuk mengetahui vital sign asas kesihatan kita.

Di pendekkan cerita, aku punya cholestrol ok, masih dalam range. Begitu juga dengan aku punya blood glukose, postassium, urea, uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, triglyceride semuanya pun nampak ok.

Cuma aku dah start risau tengok aku punya Cholestrol HDL dan LDL yang mana masing-masing adalah 0.8 dan 3.5. Tahap bahaya cholestrol HDL adalah >0.9 sedangkan aku punya 0.8. Tahap bahaya cholestrol LDL pulak adalah <4 sedankan aku punya adalah 3.5, kira masih jauh lagi tu. So, aku kena jaga-jaga dengan cholestrol HDL aku tu sebab dah sampai tahap bahaya.

Total cholestrol aku adalah 5.4 yang mana masih dalam range selamat iaitu 3.9 – 6.5. Fuhhh nasib baik. Cuma mak aku memang selalu warning aku dan suruh aku amik sample darah dan analisis darah tu supaya tau tahap kesihatan. Maklumlah, risau beb, sebab sejak dua menjak ni banyak betul orang lelaki yang mati mengejut sebab jantung. Kegagalan jantung ni walaupun nampak sihat ada kena mengena rapat dengan cholestrol .

So, kesimpulannya (1) kurangkan makanan yang boleh contribute kepada peningkatan cholestrol dalam badan kita. (2) Macam mana nak tau cholestrol korang tu tinggi atau tak, maka amiklah sample darah dan jangan takut. Kalau boleh, korang amik lah misi yang lemah lembut dan cucuk slow2 je…tenung mata misi tu…haha…ok selamat berbuka puasa…

Wow…sudah berapa hari aku tak update blog aku ini. Bukannya takde masa, tapi ada kerja-kerja lain yang patut di dahulukan. Ada juga beberapa projek aku yang lain yang sedang di kerjakan juga. Hmmm…kiranya banyak jugalah benda-benda yang berlegar-legar di benak kepala otak aku.

Kalau korang nak tau, aku mula-mula berkecimpung di arena online ini lebih kurang pada Jun 2006. Lama juga tu. Tapi masa itu aku memang gatal-gatal tangan buat blog guna blogspot.com untuk buat blog chemical engineering aku. Biasalah, buat part time je, tapi lama-lama macam best juga, lepas tu bila letak adsense, dalam 4 bulan macam tu dah start membuahkan hasil.

So, since dari itu, aku pun mula belajar bermacam-macam perkara pasal blogging dan sikit-sikit benda lain untuk buat duit kat internet.Tapi semuanya buat part time je dan tak lah serius sangat.

Sekarang ni dah bulan September 2009, so, maksudnya dah lebih kurang 3 tahun lebih aku dengan career online aku yang part time sahaja. Tapi, aku dah mula fikir-fikir… kenapalah aku tak start dengan affiliate marketing dulu? Aku rasa affiliate marketing lebih kencang dari segi income dan pendapatan. Apabila aku join seminar Internet adalah duit 1 Ogos lepas, aku berpeluang mendengar sendiri dan berborak dengan Ammar Zahar, affiliate muda berusia 22 tahun, yang sememangnya memang sangat hebat. Baru time tu terbuka dada aku untuk melihat affiliate dengan lebih fokus dan intensif.

Selepas dari seminar itu, aku sekarang sedang buat banyak homework untuk memulakan bisnes affiliate aku sendiri. Aku mahu mempunyai affiliate empire sendiri. Tapi aku malas nak kecoh-kecoh. Cuma bagi mereka yang baru dalam internet business @ newbie, dengarlah nasihat aku > Fokuslah pada Affiliate Business.

Itu sekadar pandangan aku yang dah 38 bulan berkecimpung dalam gelombang dunia virtual. Terpulanglah pada korang macam mana.
