Johor Bahru, home sweet home

I’m very glad to be home after 2 days in Singapore, attending the German-Singaporean Research Symposium on Catalysis. It was a very fruitful event for me. Among the highlights were during our visit to Institute of Chemical Engineering Science (ICES) in the high security area at Jurong Island. I’m very impressed with their dedication in research as well as their state of the art equipments and facilities.

After a hald day visit to ICES, we went to visit Nanyang Technological University (NTU). We visited few departments and the first was Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics department. NTU too have advanced equipment and facilities. Their labs are very impressive and I can see that Singapore government really don’t mind investing billions of dollars to improved their research, engineering and sciences ability.

i agree.
singapore always want the best in everything.
malaysia should have learn from them.
so that we too could improve.

It’s a matter of pro and cons. Singapore is a small but developed country. It’s easier to manage and control the country whereas Malaysia is a relatively larger country which needs better control and management. We can improve and we should have the desire to improve… But the question is do we have the right attitude?

Singapore? its small country, so i think its unfair to compare it with Malaysia..

aku dah masukkan balik code infolinksni dalam salah satu blog aku. Blohg aku yang tak gempak trafik tu, sebenarnya lagi senang dapat klik infolinks daripada adsense..

Haha…that’s good. Doesn’t matter adsense or infolinks…the important thing is that the blog is well monetized.
