Sports Week

Yes!!! Its finally sports week in my work place. Almost everybody is participating in one or more sports. This is good because it will help become more fit and reduce my weight. Last year I registered to play badminton, soccer and volleyball. Unfortunately due to unknown reason, the soccer match was canceled and we can’t play volleyball because our team lack of players. I only joined the badminton team and fought other faculties and we emerged as the winner.

This year, I registered to play soccer, volleyball and badminton again. The funny thing is we are going to play our first volleyball match tomorrow and we have not yet trained!!! haha… So, tomorrow we are going to the battle without any practice… Next week I’m possibly going to play badminton…I don’t know about soccer schedule.

Hope I can reduce a kg or 2.

good for you! at least you can keep healthy lifestyle. I’m suffering from slipped disc..so no more sports for me :(

I’m not yet keeping the optimum healthy life style but I’m trying my best…

Sorry to hear that you have that slipped disc…. Too bad…maybe you can do some light exercise… :)

yeah light exercise only..even jogging is not advisable especially those who has gone through operation like me..

maybe you can get some guide on how to prevent this from my blog entry because a lot of people are taking this for granted until it’s too late (I learned the hard way..)

Favourite sport is soccer, badminton and swimming… frequency is not consistent…

Logos or banner sports week?
We are having sport week next week in our university. I volunteered that I will make a logo for it. now I am little confused. Is there any website where i can get some Ideas for that I am expert in adobe photo shop and co-rel draw.we will have tournaments for cricket, football, and some kind of racing.I just need some reference
