Without doubt, internet has a huge hidden treasure. Internet is the new gold mine of the 21st century and it is important for us to acknowledge and identify that fact. Failure to notice this will leave us behind in the net 2.0 era.

Believe or not, there are simply thousands of websites out there with various making money program. It all depends on us on how to seize the opportunities. Often, when I propose the idea of making money online, many naive people who are not familiar with internet 2.0 will ask me back, “Is it that online investment program?” or “Is it that selling and online program?”

It was not easy to counter that question back. In most cases I will just keep quite and listen to them telling me the whole idea of what they know about making money online. I don’t want to waste my time anymore to explain to those who are close to me about making money online anymore. Instead, I will just expose them to hundreds of make money online opportunities which they can choose and decide to do. Hence, to do that, I prepared a report or some may claimed it as a short ebook entitled “230 Make Money Sites”.

In this report, I presented 230 make money websites which run their own make money program. The make money program consists of several chapters:

A.    Make money from game sites
B.    Make, sell, and get paid
C.    Paid to share
D.    Online survey
E.    Paid to write/paid to review
F.    Domain parking
G.    Affiliate
H.    Pay per click
I.    Pay per lead
J.    Paid to take picture

The report is very valuable and I can’t really put a price on it.  I can easily charged around $20 or $30 for it. But, at the moment, the report will be give away to you free of charge. Just fill up the form below, download and report the report in less than 5 minutes. You’ll be exposed on such a huge list of making money programs available in the net… :)

Should A blogger be an IM or remain himself as a blogger?

Published by cyza under Blogging ~ Sharring, Make Money

bradford_city_centre

I have been blogging for nearly 4 years. To be exact, this June, it will be 4 years. I enjoy blogging because I enjoy writing and sharing, as simple as that. To make things great, I can make money blogging. That motivates me to work even more and harder. I created more blogs and earn more money. However, creating and maintaining more blogs means I have to spend more time. If you have 1 blog, you will need maybe 20 minutes to spend on your blog per day. If you have 3 blogs, you may need 20 minutes times 3 blogs and that equals to 1 hour per day time spent for maintaining the blog. If you have 9 blogs, you may need 3 hours to meddle with your blogs. What if you have 15 blogs or 20 blogs or 50 blogs? Can you find the time to maintain all those blogs?

How much blog do I have?

Personally, I have up to 32 blogs which consists off both my own domains (22 of them which I have to pay every year) and also 10 from blogspot.com (which is free).

It is impossible for me to update and work with all this blogs in a day. As a result I only select to focus on few of them. I monetize the blogs with few formal and informal program. Please don’t ask me what the hack is informal program. If you are dying to know what it is, please check out my colleague’s special seminar called Seminar Smart Blogging. Once in a while I updates the other blogs. I’m still working on a formula to be able to maintain all the blogs, earn income from them and when my formula proves to be working, maybe, i repeat, maybe, I’m going to share it.

Is it going to be just blogging?

Despite of the growing passion in blogging, I found myself attracted to become an internet marketer (IM). So, how did this happened?

Well, it all started when I attended the seminar Internet = Money in UTM last August. Young and brilliatnt Ammar Zahar have shared his experience in affiliate marketing and becoming an IM. The lucrative industry he indulged in has made him financially established in such a short time. The guy who is 12 years younger than me has thought and provided me some piece of hope to be an IM. Since that, I slowly and progressively learn internet marketing stuff related to becoming an IM. I know and believe blogging is a decent way of making money, but IM can be considered a smarter version of making money online too.

Should a blogger be an IM too?

That’s a question you should answer yourself. It’s totally up to you and your capability. It’s you who know the best of yourself. It’s you who know how much time you can allocate to manage both blogging business and being an IM. You should answer it yourself. That will be my answer if you ask me.

As for myself, I’m trying to do both. For the time being, blogging is still my priority. Why should I leave out blogging when I still earn monthly income from it? I should continue blogging but at the same time create and establish a perfect system for my blogging business. If I have 32 blogs now, I should add it to 50 blogs by the end of 2010. That’s a target and I must work smart to achieve it. I need to invest some money to accomplish it and I don’t mind spending my paypal income.

In the other hand, I’m going to pursue progresively to enhance my technical knowledge and skills to be an internet marketer. I have my own autoresponder (using norabots) which I signed up last September and I’m very satisfied. If you are looking for a reliable autoresponder, I must say norabots is one of the cheapest, prefessional and reliable autoresponder you can use for yor internet business.

I successfully launched 2 free product for my niches and and managed to collect a handful email list. I’m still learning and exploring the tricks and technical part of becoming an IM. Currently I’m making some modification in my newest and my first ebook which I’m going to sale. The sales letter and sales page has been completed. Now I’m in the stage of improving the ebook, affiliate system, payment gateway and marketing strategy. It is definitely not easy to set up and plan all this, especially for a guy like me who have my own career and family to take care off. I must say that I’m very fortunate to be guided by a very experience mentor who is always willing to lend me his hand to help me throughout the process.

What will the end look like?

At the end of the day, I picture myself becoming both successful blogger and IM. Do I sound arrogrant saying that? I hope not. Everybody needs a target to head to and that’s mine. Time is certainly not on myside and I don’t want to really focus on other things apart of blogging smart and becoming an IM. I may possibly form a company and have my own staff running the show. I can’t do everything on my own. I have my own professional career to focus as well.

Conclusion

To summarize it all, I must say that the choice is definitely up to you. You choose, you decide, you do it.

Another Paypal payment

Published by cyza under Blogging ~ Sharring, Make Money

What a feeling? On a sunshiny Friday, I received a payment from netline. This is just another payment that I regularly received from what we call CPA program. For you information, I barely spend my time promoting this program. I’m more focus on other making money program such as PPC and link sales compared to CPA. So, getting a CPA income for me is additional bonus.

What is CPA program?

CPA stands for “Cost per action”. It means you will basically get paid when your blog readers or anybody who click on a CPA link made an action to register to get a product or service. Once the registration is successful, you will get rewarded. In this case, without realizing the concept of CPA, I have registered more than 1 and half years ago with netline. Sometimes I call it Revresponse. If you are interested with this program, you check it out here.

Problogger versus part time blogger

Published by cyza under Blogging ~ Sharring

beautiful-scenery-on

Few years ago, after I started earning some decent income via blogging, I have thought of quitting my job. That time, I would love to be able to blog, earn money at home and be a full time father to my 3 kids. It is not because I hate my job but because I felt the excitement of the idea. Without doubt, international bloggers like John Chow and Shoe Money has some how influence me to that direction. Then, I discovered about my fellow countrymen, LiewCF and Rohaizad who also make a living from blogging. Then recently, I learned that another problogger, Boss, whom I met for the first time yesterday, also chose to dedicate his time on blogging.

Should I quit?

The early part of the story above has inspired me to quit my job as an engineer. However, after I resigned from my engineering career at the beginning of  third quarter 2008 and became an educator in a public higher institution, I quickly erase that idea. This is what I want. It’s my ambition. I have wanted to be an educator all this while and after 5 years waiting, I finally got it. I love the fact that now I’m an educator. I love to use the terminology educator compared to lecturer. Excuse me for that.

Being a lecturer is more diversified than being an engineer. Of course, an engineer is more hands on but I’m restricted to the regulations of my company. I can only do the job I’m assigned to and the scope is very limited. Now,  with my new position, I become more hectic but more flexible. I’m establishing my career and I love it so much. I just want to be able to do stuff I’m fond off. The job scope of a lecturer is very wide. There are 7 main duties of a lecturer. Let me share it here:

1. Teaching
2.Supervision
3. Research
4. Writing
5. Publishing
6. Consultation
7. Social work

So how should I handle it now? I love my current job. At the same time, I enjoy my online activities. I like both of them. There’s no way I’m going to choose either one. So, there’s no way I’m going to be a problogger. Even if I earn handsomely from my blogging and other online activities, I will still pursue my duty is an educator.

Conclusion

I will always be a part time blogger, a part time internet entrepreneur and a full time educator. Besides that, I’m a full time husband, father and son too. I’ll settle with that..and I am happy to be actively involve in both…

I love Chemical Engineering… ;)

Hachiko: A Dog’s Story – Review

Published by cyza under Blogging ~ Sharring, review

Hachiko-A-Dogs-Story-film-poster

In my previous entry, I have stated that I want to see a sad movie that can make me cry. I’ve watch one and it was a really good one. I bought the DVD last Saturday and I watch it with my wife yesterday.

The title is Hachiko: A Dog’s Story.

I don’t want to say more. At the final end of the movie, tears slowly emerged from my eyes and I cried silently, not wanting my wife to notice my outburst. It was such a sad emotional movie of a very loyal dog who waited his owner who died. If I review more, it will spoil your mood later.

After the movie, I still cry heavily for 20 minutes and my wife was very surprise!!! She won’t allow me to watch any sad movie after this. Then I read the review from IMDB site and I learned that I’m not the only one who cried.

I think more man cried then women…

Do yourself a favour. Get the DVD and watch it with your family and do not read the synopsis. Just watch it.

Here are some selected reviews that I took from IMDB site of Hachiko: A Dog’s Story.

Be sure to take tissues!, 16 August 2009

Author: lectrolux from Tokyo, Japan

Well, I just came back from seeing this in Shinjuku earlier and I can honestly say that I have NEVER seen so many people crying at the end of a movie…. it really is a sad story.

However, it’s also a heartwarming tale of loyalty, about how people and dogs are more than just friends and, I guess most of all, about how a dog’s love for its master never fades – even after his/her death!

Richard Gere was fantastic in this movie, he bonded really well with the dog and it never felt like watching an actor at all – it genuinely seemed to be a movie with his own dog!

I highly recommend this to people of all ages. There are enough bits to laugh at (seeing Richard Gere teaching his dog to play ‘fetch’ was brilliant!) and the story is portrayed really well (even if there were some changes made to the original Japanese tale)

Here is another one…

So Touching and Real!, 17 August 2009
9/10
Author:

I just saw this movie today, and I’m so glad I did.

It is based on a true story and it’s only natural that the movie is great because the real story itself is very touching. One of the things that sets this movie apart from the other movies that involve animals is how they stuck to reality instead of throwing in some a-little-hard-to-believe elements here and there just to make it more entertaining.

Sometimes they show things through Hachi’s eyes as opposed to human eyes, which helps you relate to him and understand how he felt and what he thought then, as well as emphasizes that Hachi is the main character of the movie.

This is not just a kids’ movie. In the end everyone including myself was crying because we were so moved. It is a must-see.

Here are more reviews:

Enough to make a grown man cry!, 23 August 2009
10/10
Author: JapanGaijin from Japan

*** This review may contain spoilers ***

Hachi is a movie based on the true story about a dog in Japan, Hachiko, who would wait at the train station every day for his owner to arrive even after the owner passed away.

I have never seen the original Japanese version of the movie but know the story well as I have been told by many people here in Japan. There is a statue of Hachiko that stands outside of Shibuya Station in Tokyo. Now the statue is the most popular place for Tokyoites to meet their friends before going out shopping or dining in Shibuya.

Unlike other Japanese remakes, this movie actually gives credit to the original story so that you don’t get the sense that Hollywood wants to call it its own. All actors/actresses in the movie do a superb job in making you feel as if you were a part of the community embracing the dog. Compared to the original story, people were more accepting of Hachi rather than considering him a nuisance. Of course this is going to be released in the U.S. as a holiday movie so the goal is to make it uplifting.

Just a warning, do take many tissues. I am a grown man and can honestly say that I have never really cried during a movie. I think the score of the movie plus the dog being so adorable made me lose myself. When I looked around the theater though, every single person was crying and I saw a lot of red eyes as I left the Men’s restroom. Any movie that can make me do that deserves a 10/10.

What do you do when you are stress out during your job?

Published by cyza under Blogging ~ Sharring

man-suffering

I cannot help it anymore. My head is spinning around. I need a break. It’s really not easy doing my research. Who says it is easy doing Ph.D? Anybody who have passed through this phase will admit the level of toughness and appreciate the experiences they encountered. When I say it is not easy to do Ph.D, I mean the real Ph.D… haha… The reason is because there are some people who buy their Ph.D title/certificate… I have no respect on those type of people.. Do you? They just want to have that title “Doctor” or “Dr.” in front of their name the easiest way and fastest way. But is it ethical?

Well, back to the original issue. What some other people do when they are stress or tired sitting infront of their laptop or computer?

From my brief observation, the activities include:

  • Reading Facebook
  • Smoking
  • Surfing news paper site
  • Take a short tea break
  • Go to the toilet to do…
  • Super short nap
  • SMS or call friends
  • Busy body and interrupting his/her friends who is working
  • Chit-chat

For me… the list above are among what do. However, the most effective and popular short break activity to release my stress and strain in the brain is writing a post in my blog or surfing my own blog… Huhu…

Yep, just a short break and that is why this post is written.

Yep, blogging has helped me to reduced my stress. Whenever I’m feeling so stress and tension, I’ll take 10 or more and write a very fast post. It seems to work. After the post is written, I’ll get back to my work.

So, that’s it… I need to go back to work. I appreciate it if you can share with me other ideas that I can implement on my short break from a very serious headache from my research work.

Cheers… :)

p/s: Wait for my brand new product. I’ll be releasing some tips on how you can make money… :)   Stay tune…

3 Meetings in one day! Am I that important?

Published by cyza under Blogging ~ Sharring

I can’t believe it. I thought I’m off duty as I’m working on my Ph.D research/studies. Unfortunately, I’m getting more hectic!!!

Today is Tuesday and I have 3 meetings. I’m not holding any official administration post but I’m holding a student administration post which I was force to obliged last year. I was elected without democracy as the president of post graduate society for my faculty. There are about 500 post graduate students from various countries under me. As a result, I found myself going here and there, searching for building(s) to attend meeting(s). It’s not my desire to hold this post. I was not around when they elected me. What the hell? Then why was I elected if I’m not around?

It’s too late. I wanted to reject the election before but I’m not good in saying no. But, for the next term, if they elect me again, I’ll be more firm. I won’t accept this post anymore, not for the second term.

As I was about to accept the fact that I’m the president and my wife is the first lady :) , I’m quite disappointed with the commitment of some of my committee members. There are those who show excellent corporation and commitment but there are more that I consider a sleeping committee members. Those who won’t react to my request or the meeting minutes. I may accept another term if I’m fully supported by my committee members. But, if this is the case, I rest my case. I won’t be holding this position anymore later. I just want to focus on my study, research, consultation, online business and off course my family. I’ve got ample headache dwelling with my Chemical Engineering ph.D. I’m suffering to prepare for my professional engineer status.

Do I sound like a guy who has lost hope?

Partially yes. Yes when it comes to thinking of the post graduate society and also the research group that I was asked to lead by my supervisor. I need commitment. The fullest and maximum.

So what are those 3 meetings that I’ve got to attend today?

Before lunch – a coordination meeting to receive a bunch of  post graduate students form UMP at SPS.

After lunch – a sponsorship committee meeting for the international conference that my university will be organizing this coming November.

After dinner – Kumpulan Rukun Tetangga (KRT) meeting. I don’t have any idea what will be discuss tonight. Maybe about building a small hut or operational room at a space nearby the TNB power station next to the surau.

Hmmm…If that’s the case, I’ll probably miss Desperate Housewife season 6 that I have been waiting.

p/s: It’s better to spill out here rather than in facebook!!! Facebook is not mine, Cyza Sector is mine :)
