I received a call from one of my good friends last night. It has been a while since we last had a conversation through the phone. Both of us are kinda busy managing our own lives and trying our best to excel in our career. It was such a pleasant surprise and we talked for quite a tremendous amount of time, trying to catch up on what’s happening in each other’s life. She seems to notice that I have not posted to this blog for quite some time already, that’s why the call.

At times, I do miss my life and my friends when I was single. I had a wonderful time back then, together with my friends in England. How I wish that we can have a gathering and meet, talk and have fun together, regardless of our status.

I learnt a lot from my friends. All of them have their own colours. Each colour have their own meaning. Each colour have their own admirer. But of course you cannot satisfy everyone. No matter how hard you try, there will be people around you who can’t accept what you do. So, don’t worry, just be yourself and let them choose what colour they like.

It’s time to bring your memories back. Remember all your friends. Maybe me and my husband should held a gathering at our house. One of these days I will have to contact all of them and drag them to JB. Have a holiday here in JB and leave your hectic lives in KL for a while guys….. Adiossss….

p/s 1: Do you think I wrote those? This entry was written by my other half. I took this article from a blog she wrote before (in 2007) before she permanently halted till now. I persuaded her to continue blogging, but perhaps, she doesn’t have the interest in it. As long as she don’t stop me, that’s OK.

p/s 2: Have you downloaded my FREE โ€œ230 Make Money Sitesโ€ report?

p/s 3: Photo was adopted from http://www.flickr.com/photos/liverpoolsuburbia/2847511541/. That photo shows a store where I have once bought a sleeping bag in Bradford City Center.ย

Initially I thought it was you..but when it comes to ..”me and my husband ..” I know it was somebody else. We will always miss our schooling days..informal reunion once a while will be a good avenue to catch up..

Haha…yes, you are right…unfortunately such reunion occasionally is tough to arrange due to outrageous locations, busy schedule and family commitment.

It’s always good to remember and chat about the all times… ๐Ÿ™‚

It’s difficult to gather all..I agree. In a way I’m blessed to work in KL where most of my friends are..sometimes we visit each others’ house during weekend..So now our kids are becoming friends too.. ๐Ÿ™‚

So, what we can do is to stay in touch virtually I guess. It’s more flexible, more economical. When the time is available, organized something, maybe based on zone, then meet up with who ever appears…

Do what we can do… that’s it.

Your swiftly reply have brought me back.
And after reading this article,I have to say, your “other half” is more than a philosopher. Especially,

“I learnt a lot from my friends. All of them have their own colours. Each colour have their own meaning. Each colour have their own admirer. But of course you cannot satisfy everyone. No matter how hard you try, there will be people around you who canโ€™t accept what you do. So, donโ€™t worry, just be yourself and let them choose what colour they like.”

I enjoy this part.It a pitty that she didn’t continue.

May be you can persuade her to write some more… ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Well in my school we have teams with colors. I want to know if you should switch to a diffrent team just because one of your friends is on it. I know that you shouldn’t be with your friends if you know you won’t focus. But sometimes, it’s nice to have someone to laugh and have a good time with. I’m on the Green team and my friend is on the Red team.

  8. I thought that building looked familiar! I’m from Bradford but haven’t been back there for ages. Nice to now it hasn’t changed lol.
