My Blood Test and Urine Test Results
Today, I took the opportunity to undertake my blood and urine test since my wife is signing up and checking for her pregnancy status. We arrived as early as 7.35 am at the Health Center in my University, registered and waited patiently. Few minutes after that, my number was called and I met the doctor. I told him that I want to test my blood and urine. On top of that I also want to undergo the ECG test (electrocardiography test) which is in short to assess the health of our heart.
Following is my medical check up result. Thank God my cholesterol level has now return back into the acceptable range. Previously, my bad and good cholesterol level was beyond the supposed range. If this result is true, I just need to maintain and possibly improved what I’m currently doing. Only my total cholesterol is slightly out of range. So, that means I need to work harder to improved my total cholesterol state.
However, one worrying data is my glucose level. It is surprisingly alarming as it showed 8.2 mmol/l. The doctor said I need to come again and conduct the test. However, I did not wait. I went to a pharmacy with my wife and conducted another specific test for glucose which cost me RM5. The test showed that my glucose level is only 4.9 mmol/l and not as bad as 8.2 mmol/liter as obtained previously. Fuh….what a relief for me.
The following is my ECG result. I don’t know how to read this…so I leave it to the doctor. The doctor said everything is OK. I hope I’m ok…
What about you? Are you regularly checking your blood and urine? Do you test your heart condition. There are so many sudden heart failure for people under the age of 35. That’s why we need to regularly check if we are ok or not.
OK now… Adios…
