Early Note: I’m currently in Kuantan in conjunction of the school holiday break.

As I told you before, there are many foods to prepare, explore and eat here when we are in my wife’s hometown in Kuantan. Early Sunday morning, we have gotten out of the house to search some imperative ingredients to make Rojak. The Rojak is specifically requested by my pregnant wife. The first destination was the tropical fruit reseller nearby my inlaw’s house. We purchased various type of fruits there which total up to nearly RM50.

Then, we went to a mini market to purchase additional ingredients for making the home mad made rojak. The gravy is also home made (by my mother in law). I was not there to witness directly the overall process of making the rojak. However, I managed to snapped some photos during the stages of making the rojak. Pity I missed the chance to see how the gravy was made.

Among the tropical fruits in this rojak are pineapple (my favourite), guava, papaya, cucumber, under-ripe mango, turnips etc.

We went to tropical fresh fruit reseller.
Various fruits including gigantic water melons are sold here.
Ground peanuts, the most important ingredient to make rojak
The tropical fruits after being peeled and washed.
Various tropical fruits after they were cut inside a bowl.
This is the final end product – delicious fresh made rojak. Simply Splendid…

Err.. cara dia kan, berdiri depan cermin, lepas tu try la buat speech apa2.. cakap kuat2.. tgk gaya bahasa badan sama. IMHO 🙂

Hahaha, ok tak tips aku bro Cyza? 😛

  16. Jomtonton says:

Hahaha kantoi, nampak sangat farah kuat makan 😛

  17. farahaznil says: keluar dr hutan..tersiksa duduk di kem…walaupun 3 hr je..huhu

  18. farahaznil says:

    yg penting..masa present..kena faham..bukan hafal…

  19. Jomtonton says:

Sebab dia cakap dia gementar je.. rasanya dia boleh speech, cuma depan orang ramai je gementar nak present..

  20. Jomtonton says:

Weh wat apa dalam hutan, kem pelarian mana lak ni.. hahaha

  21. farahaznil says:

haha..bila dah gementar..dia lupa semua point dia..biasanya org gementar ni dia akan buat bila penyakit dia dah mai….hahaha..lupa apa nak ckp
