Fueling our new Toyota Alphard MPV for the first time.

Fueling our new Toyota Alphard MPV for the first time.

I am very delighted to share that we have just upgraded from our old MPV to a pearl white Toyota Alphard. Praise be to God for smoothing the process. Few years back, I never fancy this MPV. Early this year, I still don’t fancy this MPV. However my other half and my kids love it.

The process of spying or eying or surveying this MPV began roughly 45 days ago. My other half was very eager and invited me to several who rooms that display the Toyota Alphard. After a quick survey on site (show rooms) as well as in Mudah.my, we have narrowed down our choice to a single one located in Kebun Teh show room. I have tested drive the MPV and at first it felt heavy, of course because it is huge. The second test drive in a separate occasion was performed by my other half. She drove faster than me (from my first test drive). She likes it.

To make long story short, finally my loan was approved and we fetched the MPV yesterday. We traded in our old MPV. Off course I felt sad to depart with our Proton Exora, but life goes on. Our family is expanding and we need spacious car. Toyota Alphard is bigger than Proton Exora. Now, I just need to get ready with a huge petrol bill since the Toyota Alphard is 2400 liters engine capacity while the previous Proton Exora is 1600 liters engine capacity. That means more fuel consumption. Not to mention about the maintenance cost. I just hope the maintenance cost will be not that high.

So, for now, we have a huge Toyota Alphard and a cute sexy Kancil.

I’ll share more about this super MPV in later post(s). Hang on there guys…
