3 Brothers Smilling While Queing Before Voting
Today is the long awaited General Election Day #13 in Malaysia. It is the Day!!! Everybody have waited for this moment. Everybody will carry out their responsibility to vote for their leaders and rulers.
I am not excluded. Very early in the morning I traveled to my parents house because I will be voting there. Two of my younger brothers, Budeen and Adi also traveled all the way from Kuala Lumpur to cast their votes. The voting was carried out in a Balai Raya located in a playground in the residential area (my parent’s house).
Unfortunately, my parents and another young brother of mine could not join us because they are performing Umrah in Mekah. They’ll be back home tomorrow (Monday).
Tonight, I bet everybody will be in front of their plasma TV/ LCD TV / LED TV or the traditional bulb tube TV to witness the historical 13th General Election result. The result will be broadcasted in all TV station in Malaysia LIVE, off course. I bet it is going to be more happening than Hari Raya celebration or Chinese New Year celebration or whatever celebration. The news coverage will be not only done by media from Malaysia but also the world, especially Singapore, one of our closest neighbour.
Today, or rather later late night or early Monday, we will see who is going to be the rulers in Malaysia. It will be either Barisan National or Pakatan Rakyat. Will history be made? Let’s see the outcome soon.
Whatever the result and whoever leads the country, I hope my beloved country will remain prosperous and peaceful. We want our country to remain harmony, living happily together in a dynamic community. Agree?
