Actually, I don’t play only badminton, previously. I also played soccer and volleyball. But I think since I am getting older, my physical strength has reduced in the same way as my stamina, I thought I better stop playing soccer and volleyball. For me badminton is more demanding than soccer bro. Soccer is a team game, therefore you can cheat a bit by letting other players do the work while you regain your lost energy. As for badminton you’ll need to keep playing until the very end. 😀
