Night Market @ Shilin, Taiwan
On our second day in Taiwan (evening to night), we visited the huge and famous night market – Shilin Night Market. We traveled there by taxi after dining at Halal Bismilla restaurant. It’s so huge and packed with lots of people. This is the one stop place if you want to buy stuffs and souvenirs. Not only that, the spot is flooded with local dwellers who come here to get all sorts of products. There are also food and games as well.

This part of the night market is cooler than the rest. There are some air conditioners and fans available from the small lots.
Here is Leet wei, one of the seller in Shilin night market. Surprisingly she’s a Malaysian from Melaka. She studied in Taiwan for 4 years and just graduated last week. She works here on part time basis. She help and guided us a little bit by informing us places to visit in Taiwan.
