Chicken Soup Relief Your Stress
Are you experiencing terrible stress? Stress from work, stress from study? stress from family? stress from colleague? stress from your own goals? Well, you can reduce your stress now…
Did you know that Chinese zookeepers recently gave a pair of stressed-out pandas some homemade chicken soup as a way to calm their nerves after a particularly busy day at the zoo. You may know only too well that grandma’s recipe can do wonders for our body and soul, especially if you’re ill. But have you ever wondered why? Here’s something that we can share.
Take action:
Liquids, such as soup, can help combat dehydration when you’re in bed with a tummy bug. Hot soup also produces steam that can help ease nasal congestion and keep your nasal passages moist when you have a cold or flu. Many recipes for chicken soup also contain garlic, which has antibiotic and antiviral properties. And chicken is also a good source of selenium – an antioxidant that helps with the normal functioning of the immune system.
I’ve tried before (my wife cooked) and it was fantastic… You should try it as well. Ask you mother to cook if you are not yet married or your girlfriend to cook if you are in a relationship…
Good luck
